Last month our Kentucky Room was filled with visitors and quilters galore when we hosted a Quilt Share Day here at the museum! Quilters brought in one or two of their own quilts to be put on display for the viewing pleasure of visitors and other quilters. Visitors and quilters discussed modern topics in quilting, such as applique, piecework, and new patterns. This event was put on in promotion of our quilt exhibit, Backward & Forward: 20th Century Quilts, which is currently on display in our Richardson Quilt Gallery.

Come in to the museum Monday-Saturday 9AM to 4PM to see our quilt gallery and other exhibits!
