Just before winter break, Brent was scrolling YouTube and found a blast from the past: this episode of KET University Report.
Narrated by Dr. James Heldman, it features Bruce MacLeish and Ann Johnston discussing preservation and cataloging activities at the Kentucky Museum – including when we did our own conservation work!
Though this video was made quite some time ago, it’s funny to realize how much hasn’t changed – we still clean artifacts, construct our cases and exhibits in-house, research and catalog, and ensure that the thousands of artifacts in our care are not only preserved, but serve as educational tools for our campus and community. It is your continued support that makes this work possible. Thank you.
